Call it Americana, Northern Country (our preferred moniker, must it have one), Classic Country, Alt-Folk or Polka infused with pickle juice— it’s music. With influences from all of the greats in the Americana canon: Lucinda Williams, Townes Van Zandt, Neil Young, Gillian Welch, Wilco, Dylan, Cash, Waits, Petty, Prine—and more recent influences: Justin Townes Earle, Jason Isbell, The Felice Brothers, Shovels & Rope, Lori McKenna, Mandolin Orange, Eilen Jewell, Jeffrey Foucault, Session Americana—the list goes on.
